Executive Chef Josh Whitehead and Head Chef Andy Castle have joined forces to make Samson a remarkable place to eat in Yorkshire.
Andy graduated from Leeds College of music and has taken his passion for music, design and art and fused this inspiration into the food he creates.
Andy quickly became Head Chef at the Ox CLUB, where he met and worked with Josh Whitehead. It’s taken 5 years in the making to join forces again and create Samsons.
Former MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist in 2016 and Samsons Executive Chef Josh Whitehead is the creative force behind the menu at Samsons and has brought his extensive culinary knowledge and flair to the menu.
